Dear Valued Customer

With the snowy cold 2010 -2011 behind us it is time to think about the 2011-2012 heating season. Enclosed you will find pricing on our Early buy Wood Pellet, Coal & Bio Brick Program. The pricing is set for April and May, unfortunately with the price of oil going up the cost of the pellets have not dropped. The suppliers have not given us prices for the whole summer. The prices for the months of June on will be posted on our web site www.woodpelletsexperts.com or in the store as soon as they are available.

As in the past, quantities of each brand of pellets are limited per month. We will not be over selling any brand per month.

In August we will have Heating Corn available for pick up or delivery by the ton.

We have set the delivery charges for the months of April and May, if you take delivery in April or May the delivery charge on the enclosed sheet will hold. If the cost of fuel continues to rise during the summer we will need to adjust our delivery charges. When placing your order we will charge the delivery charge of that month, if you take your delivery later than May, we may need to charge a minimal fuel surcharge based on the cost of fuel.

Just a reminder, call Robbins to have your pellet stove and piping professionally cleaned once per year – schedule an appointment during June, July or August at our Discounted Special.
